​One day, my phone rang. It was Özge Güven. Then, I received calls from Nazlı and Nisan Ceren (Luz yapım), with whom I had previously worked at Podacto. Emin Alper was going to direct a play. My super talented friend Özge was working at TBWA at the time. She had a concept in mind. She said, “Come on, let’s shoot these things together.” So, I started attending the rehearsals, then I shot the poster, and of course, experienced the excitement behind the scenes during the premiere. What remains are these snapshots. Based on Dostoyevsky’s work, “The Double” met with the audience, and so did we. Love to the entire team.

​The stage is amazing. Capturing it is too.

​The play, starring Cem Yiğit Üzümoğlu, Erdem Şenocak, Derya Karadaş, and Gökhan Yıkılkan, presented an impressive theatrical experience by combining the acting performances with Deniz Göktürk Kobanbay’s stage design, Ahmet Sesigürgil’s lighting, and Okan Kaya’s sound design.
